The water level at the Duisburg-Ruhrort gauge measured 2.79 metres at 5:00 a.m. today. Due to the current river conditions, the Low Water Surcharge (LWS) for inland container shipping between Neuss, Rotterdam and Antwerp has been suspended until further notice.
